Albert Njindou
Albert Njindou writes science fiction & thrillers, and produces them. He is the founder of Writers’ Ink London and is building Cerebral Productions in Sydney, with a focus on films where deep story craft and frontier AI tools sit in the same room.
Before the writing, there was the science. Ten years in genetic counselling and clinical research inside the British National Health Service, close enough to real laboratories and real diagnoses that the speculative work has somewhere true to stand.
He founded Writers’ Ink London after a creative writing course at the Institute of Contemporary Arts, and has since worked alongside more than 100 writers who share the same stubborn belief in storytelling. Writers’ Ink Sydney is being developed.
His stage play ‘Test’ had its first live reading at Actors and Writers London, the city’s longest-running professional play-reading forum. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Writers Guild, and attended the Cannes Film Festival in 2024.
His current focus is ‘Systems’, a near-future thriller about what holds a civilisation together when the systems beneath it begin to let go.
Writing projects currently being developed:
- Systems – A Science Fiction Thriller
- The Test: – A Conspiracy / Action Thriller
- Children of the Triangle: – A Sci-Fi / Mystery Thriller
